The company was founded in 1994 by Tim Wolfe, M.D., a practicing
emergency physician and Marshall Tory Denton, a product development
and manufacturing engineer. The company's president and CEO is J.
Michael Brown a successful Senior Executive and Operating Generalist
with over 30 years achievement in building and creating value in
businesses through a quantifiable record of success in sales, marketing
and commercial development of products and businesses.
Our products are sold directly and through Specialty Sales and global
Distribution networks who possess strong clinical knowledge of the
products and are able to properly train and inservice your team in
the various uses and applications. Our market focus is Critical Care
and Anesthesiology. Our products are also very useful in Emergency
Medicine, Otolaryngology, Endoscopy, Pediatrics and both chronic and
acute Wound Care.
