LMA completes acquisition of Wolfe Tory Medical

4 January 2011 – The world's leading provider of supraglottic airway management devices is pleased to announce its acquisition of Wolfe Tory Medical, Inc.

Subsequent to the Acquisition, WTM is now a subsidiary of LMANA. The Acquisition does not include Wolfe Tory Medical's critical care products, as this is not part of LMA's target market. The AbViser Intra-Abdominal Pressure Monitoring products are now marketed and sold through AbViser Medical LLC.
